CanadaBuys (PSPC)

CanadaBuys is the federal government's primary tender management website. It is the replacement of Buy and Sell.

LiquidCMS was brought in to get the project back on track after the original Drupal firm had slipped schedule and cost. Working with a team of other Canadian and offshore developers, we took on the role of site architect and lead developer. In short time the project was back on track with a solid content architecture and development of many custom features. Custom features included:

• REST API for import of tender content from PSPC's tender application.
• Highly customized tender search front-end utilizing SOLR backend.
• Enhancements to the Message framework with new contrib modules for Anonymous Search and Search Subscription.

The major portions of the site were completed in under 3 months.
